Kevin Says:
Yes, that is nerd rapper extraordinaire Adam WarRock in the last panel. If you’re (somehow) not familiar with Mr. WarRock, here is his website. He’s got a new album out that the entire staff at The Rack agrees is absolutely tops and he’s currently on tour with Kirby Krackle on the west coast! If you like hip-hop and “nerdcore” that’s well produced and never patronizing, he’s your #1 new favorite artist.
In fact, just to make it easier on you, here’s the album in streaming form:
(Special thanks to LBFA, Inc for letting us borrow their musician. We appreciate it, C+C.)

Look at Lydia’s face in that last panel, look at her drink. LOOK AT THAT ICE CUBE.
*Slow clap*
There is a wonderful fluidity in this artwork. Is Birdie drunk too? If so I heartily encourage more of it.
Birdie and Joe SLAYED this one. Slayed.
This one- you look at it and you could see this being an animated affair.
Loving the new direction in the artwork, Birdie. Very fluid, very flowing.
Like everyone else said, the art this week is cartoony in the best possible way. 100% killer stuff.
And I never tell people Euge’s stuff is nerdcore when I put it on in the car or slip them some files. I let the flow impress them before they pick up on all of the nerd culture references. Most nerdcore is terrible, while Euge’s stuff is top shelf. No need to color people’s perceptions with a less than stellar genre label when they should be blown away going into it without prejudice.
This is certainly not the first the first time woman have tried to pick up Euge. http://www.letsbefriendsagain.com/2011/06/06/heroes-con-2k11/
